The Chaos Theory
Lautje loves his puzzle toys. He can spend the better part of an hour scattering the pieces to the four corners of the living room (and sometimes even further afield). But not surprisingly, they too fall victim to his love of chaos. He becomes genuinely irritated when someone puts the pieces back in the board: he simply must remove them as quickly as possible. Sometimes, this simply entails Lautje removing the pieces in a rather orderly fashion.
But most of the time he lacks the patience for such activities, which is when he uses his favorite short-cut: dumping the board upside down in one massive chaos-inducing movement. So long as all of the pieces scatter widely around the carpet, he's happy...
