Both kids are turning into little book fanatics. And if that book comes accompanied by a CD that tells the same story and is even considerate enough to beep when they need to turn the page, they are practically in heaven.

Sometimes, the Mommy and Daddy question their wisdom in encouraging such a fondness for the written word. In fact, they do pretty much every night, when - coming in to check on the kids after they have fallen asleep - they have to go digging for whichever book the kiddos happened to fall asleep on top off this time: 

 

The larger the book, the quicker the find, so that would suggest buying large books. Which just exacerbates the storage problem - dilemma, dilemma. 

But really, their love of books should not come as a surprise. It seems to be a family trait...
