Lautje and Pretzelsticks

Lautje loves unsalted pretzelsticks. He can eat them all day long. If the Mommy and Daddy need 5 minutes of a peaceful Lautje, they simply give him a pretzelstick and he's happy to sit and eat and leave the Mommy and Daddy to do whatever they need to do. Of course, the magic nature of the pretzelsticks means that the Mommy and Daddy only use them when absolutely necessary (so Lautje doesn't get tired of them). But just the other day, as the Daddy was sitting on the couch minding his own business, Lautje came to visit, as seen below, pretzelstick in hand. The question was: where did he obtain the pretzelstick?
This secret (and you know it was secret, otherwise Lautje would be crawling toward the camera as opposed to away from it...) photo taken only seconds beforehand by the Mommy shows the origin of the pretzelstick: Lautje had discovered the bag on top of the table, and managed to pull the entire bag down onto the floor. The Mommy and Daddy sometimes regret their continual encouragement of Lautje's curiosity and precociousness...
