More Random Photos Part 2

Wanted to post a few more before our big trip. Up top is perhaps our favorite photo of the boy. With his polar bear hat, his tongue sticking out, and the ever-present dimple - he makes it hard for us to be mad at him when he refuses to go to sleep at 2am.
This is another odds-and-ends type photo: Lautje playing hide-and-seek underneath the living room table.
And, of course, the tea-table. We've yet to figure out the fascination with the tea-table. Cables, computers, cellphones - all of these make sense: he's not allowed to have them, so that makes them more desirable (this instinct will serve him well later on in life when he stubbornly chases after women he can't have...). But he's allowed inside the tea-table, so where's the fascination? My guess is he considers it his own little clubhouse, where he feels protected. That, or he just wants to be near the Daddy's liquor, which is always a possibility. Regardless, it's awfully cute.

More Random Photos Part 1

Been a few days since the last update, but we're packing for our big trip, so it's been a little crazy. Up top, you have the little guy in his bathtub, having managed to turn around and face the wrong direction. And down below, Lautje hanging out in the hallway with his Daddy.

Random Cute-boy Photos

A couple of odds and ends. Up top, the typical schmoozy-boy photo, where he makes it impossible for us to be mad at him. Below, Lautje taking a rest between flights on the legs of the Mommy: it's tiring to have so much fun...

Bring on those Aggies...

Just the other day, I was watching football with Lautje, explaining (or trying to...) how it works, who does what, etc... And suddenly, Lautje got into his lineman's stance, looked up at me, and smiled as if to say, "Bring on those Aggies Daddy!" As you can see below, in his University of Texas t-shirt and patched-up jeans, he was ready to go.
After waddling around, practicing his football moves, working up an appetite, causing some trouble, he saddled up to the bar (in this case, the coffee table), and licked his lips: "I need a drink Daddy! Getting ready for Aggies is tough work..."
