And Here We Go...

Over the last few weeks, Lautje has made tremendous progress with his balance and walking. He's been quite capable (in the Daddy's opinion) of standing alone and walking short distances on his own for some time, but has lacked either the will, motivation, or interest to actually do so. Most of his walking has looked somewhat like the following (where it's difficult to tell whether he's actually using the Mommy for balance, or just taking her for a walk...):

However, in the past couple of days, Lautje suddenly decided that he was tired of waiting for his parents, and has just started going it alone. In the video below, one can see that when the proper motivation is given (in this case, a combination of the Mommy and a functioning video camera...), Lautje is ready to go...
