Lautje's Favorite Activities

One of Lautje's favorite new games is to play hide-and-seek with the Daddy. However, Lautje tends to always hide in the exact same place, which makes it rather easy for the Daddy...
The second half of the hide-and-seek game often involves Lautje launching the football/pillow at the Daddy from behind his hiding spot.
Lautje also enjoys harassing the Daddy on the couch: he'll stand directly behind the Daddy and then pound his hands on the Daddy's back. When done properly, this can be rather relaxing (like a massage). When done improperly, somewhat less so...
But Lautje's all-time favorite activity these days is schmoozing with the Mommy (and his ready-made pillow)...

On the Couch

For reasons that will soon become obvious, the Daddy needs to upload a few Lautje photos in the coming days. First up, Lautje and the milkshake. As you can see, the Mommy doesn't very often get to drink her entire milkshake...
In fact, often she doesn't get to drink any of it...
Luckily, Lautje doesn't just have a fascination with food, but also with washrags. He can sit for half an hour playing with a simple washrag: folding and refolding it.
Or simply throwing it on the couch repeatedly...

Look Oma!

Some time ago, Lautje was visiting his Oma, hanging out on the Oma's beautiful balcony, enjoying the sun, and basically trying to decide which of the plants he wanted to "accidentally" destroy, when all of a sudden: "Uuuuuhhhhhh!", which translates roughly as "Look Oma, a cat!"
Needless to say, Lautje decided that he needed to get a better look at Mini (Oma's exceptionally nice and normally very skittish cat), and thus attempted to climb his Oma and move in that general direction.
However, Mini was too quick for him and ran off into the room again. Which, given Lautje's occasionally rambunctious ways, was probably a good move on her part...

Mommy, Lautje, and the Stomach...

The Mommy made an excellent suggestion today: she commented that any last pregnancy photos should probably be published as soon as possible, since she may not be pregnant for very much longer (though this may just be wishful thinking on her part...). So, before these become completely out of date, a couple of Mommy and Lautje photos including the ever-expanding Mommy-stomach...
As you can see, Lautje enjoys his temporary seating...
Even if he has to endure the occasional "crazy face" from the Mommy...
