The War of the Computer II

As you can see below, Lautje doesn't discriminate when it comes to computers: he's just as fixated on the Daddy's laptop as the Mommy's. And it doesn't matter what or who is in his way, he will go under, around or over to get what he wants.
The best defense (as displayed by the Daddy below) is generally to grab his clothing and hang on for dear life. Putting him back on the floor only buys 2-3 minutes of respite before he has found his way back in your lap and after the computer again. Needless to say, the more you put him back on the floor, the closer it becomes to a game, and the more he enjoys it and persists.
Of course, bribery also works. For the price of 2 remote controls, 5-10 minutes of peace...

Strange Little Boy

Like most children, Lautje doesn't yet understand the rules of polite behavior, and all of those little things that separate strange people from normal people. So, every now and then, he does something odd (and luckily for the Mommy and Daddy, generally endearing). It's just our luck that the Mommy had the camera around for one such moment, as shown below. Fairly normal, peaking around the Daddy to say hello to the Mommy...
But when you pan out to give the moment a little context, it suddenly all looks a little different. Instead of simply saying hello to the Mommy normally (since she was sitting 1 foot away...), Lautje decided to grab the Daddy's hair, use it as leverage to climb on top of the Daddy (while he was minding his own business sitting on the couch...), and go behind the Daddy just to get a look at the Mommy. Perhaps it was all more interesting that way...
